Looking for a grounded, complete way to deepen your practice and truly evolve? This training goes well beyond stretching. It’s a living transmission of authentic, ancient Tantra Yoga — preserved in lineage and shared in a practical way for modern life.

You’ll receive teachings and practices with the power to reshape your life from the inside out: tools that fortify the body, bring emotional balance and mental clarity, and cultivate attention, willpower, and insight. Step by step, you’ll learn a coherent yogic system you can apply daily for real, lasting transformation.

  • 20 core Tantra Yoga asanas & their energetic/healing effects
  • Six purification techniques to cleanse and renew
  • Yogic healing strategies for balance and vitality
  • Nutrition: Ayurveda, macrobiotics & mindful eating
  • Tools for focus, motivation, and integration in daily life
Metaphysical & Spiritual Practices
  • Concentration & visualization to strengthen the mind
  • Lucid dreaming for awareness and spiritual growth
  • Living yogic principles: ahimsa, satyam, tapas, aparigraha, ishvarapranidhana
  • Brahmacharya (sexual energy awareness & mastery)
